Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Traffiq Online LLC (“FeatherFlag Printing”, “we”, “us” or “our”), the company that operates FeatherFlagPrinting.com. FeatherFlag Printing is a brand of Traffiq Online LLC.

Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you authorize FeatherFlag Printing to produce the products you selected. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if artwork breaks these terms or payment cannot be confirmed. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. The price at the time you place your order is the price you pay. Payment is collected at checkout. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are shown before you pay.

Design Proofs and Approval

• We send a digital proof for you to review before printing.
• Please check spelling, phone numbers, layout and colors carefully. Once you approve the proof in writing, you accept it as correct.
• If you choose to skip the proof and print as is, we are not responsible for errors in your artwork.
• Production time starts only after proof approval.

Your Artwork and Content

You are responsible for the logos, images, text and designs you send us. By ordering, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, and that they do not infringe anyone's trademark, copyright or other rights. You agree to cover any losses or claims that result from content you supplied. We may decline to print content that is unlawful, hateful or infringing.

Color and Product Variation

Colors on screens and digital proofs can look different from printed fabric. Minor variation in color, size and placement is normal for dye sublimated products and is not considered a defect.

Changes, Cancellations and Returns

Orders can be changed or cancelled before proof approval. After approval, orders cannot be cancelled. Returns, reprints and refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping

Shipping times and delivery details are explained in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Delivery dates are estimates.

Use of This Website

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or copy its content, images or design tools for commercial use without permission. Site content, photos and graphics belong to FeatherFlag Printing unless stated otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits or missed events caused by delays outside our control.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after the update date.
